Job Details
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management with at least 2 PLM implementations, ideally involving Teamcenter.
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise software rollouts in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Experience with PLM concepts, product structures, BOM management, change control, and CAD data management.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Hybrid).
- Proficiency in project tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP, MES systems, and integration with PLM platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in greenfield plant setup or digital factory initiatives.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe).
- Experience in cross-cultural/global team collaboration.
Contract Conditions:
- Full-time contract position (40 hours/week)
- Onsite presence required during critical rollout phases
