Sr. Salesforce Lightning Developer:

Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid)

Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud experience are critical across all roles

Candidates for the Salesforce software engineer role must have (4+ years of experience in SFDC):

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience

Expertise in Apex, JavaScript and Lightning Web Components.

Experience developing UI components using AuraBundles and LWC.

Experience working with RESTful APIs, SOAP, third-party integrations, and cloud-based services.

Experience with performance optimization and debugging tools.

Experience working with multi-functional teams such as design, product, and data teams to deliver great user experiences.

Understanding computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms to ensure consistency with software engineering standard methodologies, including object-oriented and functional programming.

Candidate must have good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills. An openness to learning new technologies.

Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work well alone and with others. Must be able to successfully handle multiple priorities simultaneously, as required.

Responsibilities:

Supports engineering projects by developing software solutions, conducting tests and inspections, and preparing reports and calculations. Expected to supervise associate engineers on occasion.

Understand system protocols, how systems operate, and data flows. Aware of current technology benefits. Expected to independently develop a full software stack. Understands the building blocks, interactions, dependencies, and tools required to complete software and automation work. Independent study of current technology.

Present project improvement scenarios to management for consideration.

Monitor and influence relevant industry technologies and standards.

Present highly technical concepts to both technical and non-technical decision-makers.

Continuously learns, creates content, and teaches others specific subject areas.

Informally coaches and contributes to the development of others through mentoring or in-house workshops and learning sessions. Develops engineers across functional teams on technology decisions.

Develops, designs, and implements new ideas that utilize new frameworks to improve an existing or new system/process/service.
