Job Description:
CRM Product team is looking for a Product Manager who will support and deliver sales strategies across our Salesforce platform. This individual will deliver on product roadmaps, support strategic initiatives, monitor platform performance, and drive continuous improvement opportunities. Product team members must have a passion for placing customers first and solving tough problems. Team members are responsible for partnering with key stakeholders across the company to drive alignment and execution in supporting the organization's growth and profitability goals. As a Product Manager, you will use best practices to develop cross-platform requirements while working with Salesforce Engineers and QA to deliver complex sales solutions. This individual will report to the Sr. Director of CRM.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the product manager for Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Manages product(s) features (deliverables/trade-offs). Influences internal partners, and engineering and UX teams' priorities.
- Voice of the customer. Owns feature roadmap. Works with customers, partners, and engineering management to define/clarify product features and roadmap priority (e.g., customer experience (CX), compliance, accessibility, etc.).
- Owner of setting priorities, defining success metrics, and implementation with specific actions to achieve specific goals.
- Mitigates launch risks and escalates appropriately. Handles difficult product management and business scenarios.
- Drives feature discussions with customers, developers, and others (e.g., marketing, operations, legal, finance) to produces clear, transparent, concise documents (e.g., feature user stories and requirements docs, working backwards docs, feature and program reviews).
- Creates clear communications to ensure working group and all stakeholders are informed.
- Optimizes feature roadmap intake. Connects teams to end-user/customer experience. Monitors, tracks, and improve metrics (KPIs, adoption, etc.). Challenges the status quo.?
- Works with end users and internal supervisors. Knows the key players in their space and builds trust and rapport.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum five years of experience as a Product Manager
- Minimum three years of experience with Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud
- Understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to perform basic configurations
- Understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
- Ability to write quality business and technical requirement documentation to translate between business and engineering
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
- A demonstrated ability to understand and recommend automation solutions and articulate the requirements.
- Ability to write requirements for org-to-org migration and integrations with other applications/databases.
- Ability to build Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Ability to test Salesforce features
- Ability to facilitate User Acceptance Testing and resolution
- Ability to support and train end users
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Track record of developing products in an Agile development environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
- Salesforce experience in Sales Engagement, Case Management, Campaigns, Marketing Cloud/Account Engagement, Territory Planning, CRM Analytics preferred
- Ability to write queries for data evaluation
- Understanding of API development, Data Migrations and cloud services
- Experience with integration between Salesforce and Snowflake
