Key Responsibilities
Define and implement Microsoft 365 strategy, governance policies, and best practices across collaboration tools.
Design and optimize solutions using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Outlook, OneDrive, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Lead adoption and integration of Microsoft Copilot and AI Builder to enhance productivity and automate workflows.
Implement and manage Microsoft 365 security features including DLP, Conditional Access, Defender for Office 365, and Compliance Manager.
Lead migration projects from legacy systems to Microsoft 365 cloud services, ensuring minimal disruption and high user adoption.
Collaborate with IT, business units, and OEMs to align Microsoft productivity solutions with organizational goals.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to improve user adoption and productivity across departments.
Technical Skills & Expertise
Must-Have
Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 suite: Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online.
Experience with Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder.
Strong command of Microsoft 365 security and compliance tools.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven productivity tools.
Good-to-Have
Familiarity with Microsoft O365 administration, Fabric, Azure AD, Intune, Endpoint Manager.
Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, government).
Microsoft certifications: M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, Security Administrator Associate.
