Job Title: DB2 Systems Admin (Mainframe, SMP/E, Omegamon, Performance Tuning)
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualification:
- Experience installing and configuring z/OS DB2 V12 or higher on IBM z/OS mainframes.
- Skilled in using SMP/E for installing and maintaining DB2 for z/OS.
- Proficient in documenting system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines for DB2 on IBM z/OS environments.
- Hands-on experience in capacity planning and forecasting to ensure system scalability in z/OS DB2 environments.
- Experienced with DB2 Database Management Tools, including Omegamon and Detector.
- Skilled in system performance monitoring and implementing performance tuning measures for z/OS DB2 on IBM mainframes.
