Job Details
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise solution design, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ/CLM.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, security/sharing models, and declarative configuration.
- Proven experience designing and implementing integration patterns using APIs (i.e., MuleSoft), as well as hands-on data migration and batch integration (ETL/ELT) for large data volumes - e.g., orchestrating pipelines in tools such as Azure Data Factory, CData Sync, and Talend, leveraging Salesforce Bulk API/Data Loader, defining cutover and rollback plans, and implementing reconciliation, data quality, and error-handling controls.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and compliance requirements within Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Solid grasp of identity and access management principles, SSO, and enterprise security standards.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect, Sharing & Visibility Architect, and Platform Developer II.
- Familiarity with applying artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem and related enterprise platforms, such as leveraging predictive analytics, generative AI features, or intelligent automation to enhance business processes and user experience.
- Experience in enterprise CRM consolidation initiatives and adjacent platforms such as marketing automation systems, compensation management systems, and partner portals, including data migration and integration streams.
- Familiarity with downstream analytics and enterprise data platforms, as well as batch and streaming integration practices into centralized data ecosystems.
- Demonstrated alignment to enterprise delivery standards and release/change management practices within a regulated environment.
- Supervisory responsibilities may include providing technical guidance, mentoring team members, and supporting professional growth, even if the role does not have direct people management accountability.
