Requirements:

Deep understanding of enterprise planning processes, OKRs, and initiative tracking frameworks
Proven experience rolling out SaaS platforms or enterprise tools at scale within a complex, matrixed organization
Skilled in stakeholder management, change enablement, and phased adoption strategies
Strong technical fluency with system architecture, integrations, and data models
Excellent communicator able to bridge business strategy and technical execution
Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels

Preferred Requirements:
Experience implementing tools such as Jira Align, Aha!, WorkBoard, Craft.io, or Planview
Familiarity with strategic planning governance and value hierarchy modeling
Experience supporting enterprise product or portfolio operating models

Job Summary:
As a Senior Product Manager focused on Enterprise Planning Tool Implementation, you will lead the delivery of a platform designed to transform how teams across the organization plan, prioritize, and align on value. This role owns the rollout, configuration, and enterprise-scale adoption of a planning tool that connects long-range strategy to quarterly execution.
You will serve as the product owner for the platform, partnering with enterprise stakeholders, product and engineering teams, and change management leads to drive configuration, adoption, and continuous improvement. Your mission is to ensure the platform seamlessly supports enterprise and team-level planning-from 3-year strategic priorities to quarterly execution milestones.

Job Duties:
Discovery, Training, Implementation & Support
Define the implementation scope, training strategy, and end-to-end execution plan for the enterprise planning tool-from pilot to full-scale rollout.
Translate strategic planning processes into scalable platform capabilities and workflows.
Partner with Tech, UX, and Product teams to configure key features, including:
o Value hierarchy setup (Strategic Themes, Annual Objectives, Initiatives, Epics)
o Annual and quarterly planning workflows
o Prioritization frameworks, initiative tracking, dependency management, and capacity planning
Drive Cross-Organizational Adoption
Collaborate with Enterprise Planning, PMO, and business partners to align the tool's configuration with existing planning processes.
Lead pilot rollouts, gather feedback, and refine configurations to improve usability and adoption.
Develop enablement materials, training sessions, and governance practices to ensure consistent engagement across teams.
Use data and stakeholder feedback to iterate and enhance implementation.
Ensure Product Excellence
Maintain a clear, prioritized backlog of platform capabilities, integrations, and enhancements.
Lead stakeholder working sessions to gather requirements, align on workflows, and define success criteria.
Establish and track key metrics such as adoption rates, planning efficiency, roadmap visibility, and outcome alignment.
Align with Strategic Planning Cadence the tool supports enterprise planning cycles, including:
o 3-Year Strategic Planning: Alignment across themes and investments
o Annual Planning: Objective-setting, initiative scoping, and accountability tracking
o Quarterly Planning: Execution readiness and trade-off management
Integrate platform outputs into executive reviews, governance forums, and outcome tracking processes
