Description: Our client is currently seeking a Software Quality Assurance Tester
Role & Responsibilities
The Software QA Engineer will provide testing services for the FSP development team / IT-SEDS section. Duties include:
Analyze requirements & design documents to develop test cases.
Create & execute automated functional and regression tests (HTML, PDF, Excel reports).
Report/document issues, test case results, and test summaries.
Perform SQL queries for data analysis and validation.
Collaborate with developers/customers to clarify functionality & align test automation.
Execute performance and accessibility testing.
Conduct manual testing and data validation.
Provide team leadership and oversight as needed.
Candidate Qualifications
Minimum/Required Skills
7+ years: Testing complex web applications.
7+ years: Testing across all phases of SDLC.
7+ years: Automation with Selenium + TestNG.
5+ years: Advanced Database/SQL experience.
3+ years: Java programming.
2+ years: Using Apache POI & Apache PDFBox.
2+ years: Experience with WAPT Pro, JMeter, or other performance testing tools.
Preferred Skills
Parsing WebTables for result verification (3 yrs).
Zephyr Scale experience (2 yrs).
JIRA experience (2 yrs).
