Job Details
Monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents escalated from L1 support.
Configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, etc.).
Perform routine network maintenance, updates, and backups.
Coordinate with vendors and ISPs for service issues and upgrades.
Assist in implementing network changes and new deployments.
Maintain network documentation including diagrams, IP schemas, and asset lists.
Support end users and remote locations as needed.
Ensure network security and compliance with company policies.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support (if applicable).
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in network administration or engineering.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
Proficiency with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds).
Experience with Cisco, Aruba, or Fortinet devices preferred.
Familiarity with ITIL practices and incident/change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent certification preferred.
