Job Title: Product Analyst

Onsite Requirement/Remote (Time zone?): Remote is fine, local preferred

C/CTH/Perm + Duration: C 3 months +

JD:

We re looking for a Product Analyst. This role will be playing a critical part in the development and optimization of retail media products across our digital ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements, analyze performance, and drive feature development that meets both advertiser and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Product Owners/Managers to support the Product roadmap and backlog
  • Translate needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Create in JIRA
  • Collaborate with business teams and external partners to gather and document requirements
  • Support process mapping requirements
  • Work with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation and alignment with business objectives
  • Maintain product documentation, process flows, and requirement specs
  • Analyze campaign data to generate insights and inform roadmap decisions
  • Ask the right questions to uncover root business needs and identify scalable solutions
  • Ensure all product features align with broader business goals and customer experience standards
  • QA Validation when needed

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or product owner roles
  • Experience working in retail media, digital advertising preferred
  • Proven ability to write clear user stories, requirements, and process documentation
  • Experience with JIRA
  • Experience with Process Mapping
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization
