Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Tester with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ATF, IRM/GRC modules, and test automation. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, strong QA fundamentals, and experience working in Agile environments to ensure high-quality platform delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Design, create, and execute manual test cases and automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF and Selenium

  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across ServiceNow modules

  • Validate workflows, business rules, controls, integrations, and platform changes

  • Conduct UI and API testing to ensure end-to-end functionality

  • Identify, log, and track defects; work closely with developers and QA teams for resolution

  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Prepare and maintain test documentation, execution reports, and defect metrics

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF, including IRM/GRC modules

  • Strong experience in test automation, UI testing, and API testing

  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and workflows

  • Experience working in Agile environments

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
