What you will do:

As a Technical developer lead, you will build and deploy reconciliation solutions using Enterprise Reconciliation Platform. You're also required to participate in client discussions and design workshops to build these reconciliation projects for our clients. Once in production your role is key to ensuring that solutions are performant and operational SLAs are maintained.

Who you are:
  • Design & Development of scalable applications involving cloud-based infrastructure(Azure/Snowflake/Python/Cosmos DB).
  • Solid understanding of the Software as a Service (SaaS) model in the online environment
  • Experience as an applications programmer on large-scale data base management systems
  • Experience writing SQL queries/Stored Procedures for SQL Server or any another Relational Databases(Oracle/SQL Sever).
  • Experience with MicroServices - API/Event Driven Architecture/Development
  • Release Engineering automation for code distribution to different client regions/instances
  • Exposure to working in Financial services; front- or middle-office, or fund management business areas ideal
  • Experience dealing with users or clients from either a technical or business area. Desire to work in Client facing environment
  • Install, configure, and test software; problem investigation; database configuration, tracing, and performance analysis
  • Address data issues , environment issues ,performing impact analysis , root cause analysis , corrective, adaptive and perfective maintenance.
  • Ability to work both independently as well as within a team
  • Working with business and client teams to configure reconciliation solutions using SmartStream TLM.
  • Proven problem solving, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 8+ years of experience working with J2EE, and Web based applications with Oracle or any other relational database. Experience developing Reconciliation solutions.
  • Experience migrating applications to AWS/Azure cloud platforms.
  • Experience with ETL tools preferred
  • Knowledge of testing and quality assurance methodologies
  • Financial Services experience as a business analyst and / or developer

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $142,500 Annual
