About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Integrations Systems Analyst / Solutions Advisor to join our global freight forwarding technology team. This is a critical individual contributor role focused on designing, specifying, testing, and deploying complex system integrations across Air, Ocean, and Customs Brokerage operations.

As the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and customers, you will define and manage integration requirements using industry-standard protocols (e.g., APIs, XML), work with development teams to implement robust solutions, and support deployment and validation across regions. Experience with CargoWise One integrations is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and customers to gather, analyze, and document integration requirements for freight forwarding and brokerage systems.

  • Define system specifications and work closely with developers to implement scalable integration solutions using CargoWise One, APIs, and XML messaging formats.

  • Conduct end-to-end testing and validation of integration workflows, ensuring data integrity and system performance.

  • Drive cross-functional discussions to design integration frameworks that meet operational and compliance needs across Air, Ocean, and Customs domains.

  • Lead data mapping exercises and transformation logic for interfacing legacy or third-party systems with CargoWise.

  • Act as the integration subject matter expert during customer engagements, internal reviews, and go-live deployments.

  • Ensure best practices in interface design, documentation, and exception handling are followed consistently across all deployments.

  • Stay current with evolving industry integration standards and support continuous improvement of digital capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, systems integration, or technical solutions advisory within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.

  • Proven experience in designing and managing system integrations using APIs, XML, and custom data messaging formats.

  • Hands-on experience in CargoWise One integrations and working knowledge of its modules and workflows.

  • Solid understanding of freight operations across Air, Ocean, and Customs Brokerage functions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to technical detail and business impact.

  • Excellent communication skills able to interact confidently with developers, customers, and executive stakeholders.

  • Experience with data mapping, UAT, validation, and deployment processes in global environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with global teams and multi-region deployments.

  • Familiarity with middleware, integration hubs, or EDI platforms.

  • Knowledge of supply chain data standards and regulatory integration requirements.
