Vaco has partnered with a Phoenix based client as they look to expand their IT Support team. We are looking for a hands-on, customer-focused, executive IT support specialist—someone with experience in tech service environments like Apple, BestBuy, or uBreakiFix. In this role, you’ll bring experience managing IT equipment, supporting users, and delivering fast, friendly service in a high-paced setting. This is an onsite role with up to 10% travel to off-site leadership meetings, with some work-from-home flexibility once fully ramped. You’ll be expected to jump in wherever needed—supporting executives, running events, resolving walk-up support requests, or managing IT gear. As a Senior Technical Support Specialist, you’ll:
- Deliver white-glove support for executives and employees (onsite, remote, or at events).
- Lead technical setup and live support for high-visibility meetings and broadcasts.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, AV systems, and networks.
- Run our in-office Tech Bar for quick fixes and personalized support.
- Collaborate across IT teams on inventory, compliance, and documentation.
- Represent IT with professionalism and poise—especially in executive-facing situations.
- Experience with AV platforms like Crestron, Zoom Rooms, Logitech Rally, and Biamp.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly support non-technical users.
- Organized and proactive—able to track tasks, document fixes, and manage IT assets.
- Skilled in Microsoft 365, Zoom, Teams, and other enterprise collaboration tools.
- Comfortable working independently and owning end-to-end support scenarios.
- Certifications such as A+, Network+, or equivalent experience are a strong plus.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 3+ years in an IT support role.
