We are seeking a Compliance Transformation Manager to join our dynamic Compliance team. What You'll Do:
- Lead prioritization and execution of key initiatives with senior leadership.
- Identify and drive process improvements and technology solutions.
- Partner with compliance SMEs to ensure practical, aligned solutions.
- Collaborate with tech teams and vendors on requirements, development, and testing.
- Champion global process standardization and compliance transformation.
- Communicate priorities and progress to foster alignment and transparency.
- Drive change management, including training and adoption of new processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Data Science/Analytics, or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in Business System Analysis, Business Analysis, Project Management, or similar roles.
- Proven compliance experience within a large, diverse investment management firm, including hands-on involvement in compliance program implementation.
- Solid understanding of global equity and fixed income markets, including bonds, equities, and derivatives.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
