Pay Range:$30.00-$34.00/Hrs
Description
Support the recruitment team by enhancing the candidate experience and engaging with stakeholders.
Ensure the recruitment process is smooth and efficient, providing updates as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the recruiting team through scheduling and coordinating interviews.
Manage onsite and virtual interview days, including greeting candidates and managing schedule changes.
Communicate verbally and in writing with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Qualifications
Experience in roles requiring attention to detail, timeliness, and organizational skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and shift priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work autonomously and solve problems using available resources.
Willingness to work in the office four days a week.
