- Optimize system operation and resource utilization to ensure peak performance
- Conduct system capacity analysis and assist in capacity planning
- Provide technical assistance and support to users in accessing and using business systems
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and patches
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
- 0-3 years of experience in system administration or related IT role
- with ability to obtain/maintain Secret security clearance, when needed
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux) Familiarity with network protocols and services (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
