Job Description:
Apex Systems is hiring for an Inventory Project Manager for a major Healthcare company.
3-month contract with high possibility to extend.
ONSITE around Irvine, CA - this role will require mild travel to multiple medical facilities.
You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
About the role:
Throughout ~13 facilities in the area, this role will be leading a project focusing on documenting, redistroing, managing warehouse vs. hospital inventory of equipment.
Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree
2+ years experience in a Project Management role
Technical Skills:
Excel
Additional nice-to-haves:
Collaborative team experience
Healthcare experience is a plus!
Soft Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Business presentation skills

Day to Day:
Leads the delivery of a complex project + maintains a tactical focus, while setting clear objectives and defined deliverables.
Develops cost benefit analyses for the project, communicates to an executive committee, creates and reports project status utilizing a dashboard, allocates resources, defines project governance policies and manages the financial concerns.
Utilizes and effectively communicates technical components of an initiative to applicable parties.
Ability to lead a cross-functional team while motivating team members to their highest potential.
Requires excellent oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skills. Excellent analytical skills.
Interfaces effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units. Effectively utilizes external vendors and internal resources.
Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.
Responsibilities will include:
Daily tasks will focus on monitoring for alerts needed to be cleared; following up with project timelines.
