Senior Manager, Product Management - Payments Strategy - Denver, CO

In this role, you will be responsible for the product strategy for all non-cash payments, reporting directly to the Head of Product for Payments.

Growing and enhancing account payout capabilities is our primary focus and this role will serve a critical role on the team. More broadly, the APN program is a strategic cornerstone for the next era of money transfer and payments that will extend and optimize our current network allowing our customers to payout directly to accounts such as banks, cards, and mobile wallets.

Role Responsibilities
  • The creation and implementation of our global account payout network strategy, including market and competitive analysis
  • Internal evaluation to identify opportunities to improve our payments offering
  • Create clear, structured strategic recommendations, communicated through concise storytelling that can be presented to C-level company executives
  • Manage relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and service offerings

Role Requirements
  • A business related or engineering field, with a graduate degree preferred
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in complex consumer financial services/payment services organizations with multiple financial products
  • Extensive strategy and product management experience working for a global organization and possess the ability to identify areas of improvement for the end-to-end customer experience through customer feedback, research, competitive data, and performance to define the ideal product
  • Experience in payments is a must, especially in areas related to: real-time payments, mobile and card payments, Correspondent Banking, Card Processing (Visa / MC)
  • Experience with lean and agile methodologies across a global organization

Salary
The on-target earnings range is $146,130 - $214,322 per year, which includes a base salary, short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
