What You Will Need To Be Considered for this Permanent Position - VOIP TELECOM NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR
VOIP experience
Modern Cloud and legacy VOIP telecom systems experience
Familiarity with modern cloud-based telecom solutions ( MSTeams, Zoom, OR RingCentral, or Cisco Unity)
VOIP / Telecom experience supporting legacy telecom - ShoreTel OR PBX
Networking routing / protocols, Basic Troubleshooting with (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP).
Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unity Express
Configuration, installation, and Troubleshooting
Experience with endpoints and general network support experience
Hands-on experience on the below Telecomm devices
Knowledge and experience with Teams Voice
3rd Party telephony vendor experience
* Certifications are highly preferred But not required!

Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in telecommunications or a related field.
Hands-on experience with modern cloud-based telecom solutions, such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, RingCentral, or Cisco Unity.
Familiarity with legacy telecom systems, including ShoreTel and similar platforms.
Proficiency in basic network troubleshooting, including TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing protocols.
Strong understanding of configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of telecom systems.
Experience working with telecomm devices and endpoints.
Knowledge of Teams Voice and third-party telephony vendor solutions.
Certifications in telecommunications or networking are preferred but not required.
