Job Details

Our client, a leading Consulting Firm, is in need of 2 Sr. Contact Center Engineers for initial 12-month remote contracts supporting several customers within the California state & local government. The Sr. Contact Center Engineers will be responsible for supporting customers who have recently migrated to AWS Connect as well as future migration work, specifically around customers who are looking to migrate their Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, etc. Contact Center platforms to AWS Connect.

Required Skills:

  • 7 - 8 years of overall experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience designing, developing, implementing and managing existing AWS connect environments.
  • Prior experience migrating Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, etc. Contact Center platforms to AWS Connect.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.
  • Scripting experience with Python and / or JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of API Protocols, API Design, etc.

Desired Skills:

  • Prior experience integrating Contact Center platforms with CRMs like Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.
