AI Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated AI Developer with over 6 years of experience in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in LangChain, AWS cloud services, Crew AI, and Python, and must be capable of working independently to develop and deploy intelligent applications. Experience in the airline domain is a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using LangChain, Crew AI, and LLMs.

Build, fine-tune, and integrate LLM-based agents into enterprise workflows and business systems.

Develop scalable and secure AI solutions using AWS cloud infrastructure.

Architect and implement AI pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases and deliver AI solutions aligned with business goals.

Lead end-to-end AI implementation projects, from POC to production deployment.

Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs and tools to enhance AI capabilities.

Ensure code quality, maintainability, and documentation of all AI systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in AI/ML development with strong proficiency in Python.

Proven expertise in LangChain, Crew AI, and experience building AI agents or workflows.

Deep understanding of LLM integration, vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures.

Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, EC2, SageMaker, etc.

Strong background in software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Experience in developing and deploying AI models in production environments.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
