AVP Regulatory Change Management

Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation:
Pay Range: $105,000-$150,000 Per Year

Description:
Lead the process of identifying upcoming regulatory changes.
Ensure compliance with evolving regulations and standards.
Analyze requirements to determine implications for the organization.
Communicate assessments to impacted stakeholders.
Maintain and update a library of regulations.
Track the progress of regulation implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor regulatory bodies and industry trends.
Conduct detailed analyses of forthcoming regulations.
Oversee impact assessments and advisory for various business lines.
Participate in industry association activities to identify trends.
Coordinate the firm's position on regulatory matters.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in law, Business, or related field; JD preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
Ability to analyze and communicate regulatory notices and changes.
Experience with regulatory oversight processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and project management skills.
