Please note that this is a 12 to 18-month contract position.
Our member of staff, who is going on a long maternity leave, manages the publishing of marketing content, which is uploaded to our client’s website as well as to the field portal for sales teams and customers to use as part of their product decision-making. She also takes content from SharePoint sites and publishes it to the field portal. In addition, she manages the quality check of content being published to our client’s website. This check doesn’t assess whether the content is high quality, but ensures that it has a publication number, regulatory number, correct date, and other required details.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
- Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required.
- Typically, at least 1-2+ years relevant experience.
Job Posting Description:
A Publishing Content Project Specialist is required to cover for an extended leave of absence to provide business continuity for publishing, for a period of up to 18 months.
The Publishing Content Project Specialist will manage the upload and metadata creation of content, and content lifecycle. This role will publish to platforms which include Adobe Experience Manager, to support product and sales functions. This position will generate content upload reports.
The role also includes managing quality assurance reviews of content submitted for web publishing, communicating with content submitters and content owners to alleviate quality issues, ensuring that content is labeled as regulatory compliant, and that password protection is utilized appropriately. Managing daily reports of English and translated content is also required.
In addition, this position assists with acquisition rebranding and regulatory compliance projects, and manages a SharePoint site.
