Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager with a strong background in IT staffing and consulting services. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build client relationships, develop new business, and grow existing accounts. You ll act as the primary liaison between PSGI and our clients, ensuring we deliver top-quality technology talent while identifying new opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key client stakeholders in assigned accounts.

  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities within Fortune 500, mid-market, and public sector organizations.

  • Partner closely with our recruiting team to deliver top-tier IT talent that aligns with client needs.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and account growth.

  • Understand client business challenges and provide consultative staffing and IT solutions.

  • Track and report account performance, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.

  • Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences to represent PSGI.

Qualifications

  • 3 5 years of proven success in account management, business development, or client services within the IT staffing or consulting industry.

  • Strong understanding of technology staffing services, including contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities simultaneously.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for delivering results.

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
