Fluency in best practices for all stages of UX design, including sketching, prototyping, iteration, refinement and evaluation
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to and collaborate with business and technical colleagues
Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
Engaged with the UX professional community, with the ability to bring industry knowledge and apply it to current deliverables
Ability to quickly come up to speed in highly specialized domains
Ability to champion design principles and help colleagues develop and value design skills
Demonstrated knowledge of design tools and platforms (Adobe CS, Sketch, Figma, Mural, Invision etc.)
