Role: SAP Project Manager/Digital SAP Project Manager
Location: Addison, IL(Onsite)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Digital SAP Project Manager with strong expertise in SAP Activate methodology, Project Management, and Change Management. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience managing large, complex SAP projects and driving successful end-to-end implementation and delivery. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to ensure project execution within defined timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle in alignment with SAP Activate methodology and organizational timelines.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the engagement, ensuring all goals and deliverables are met.
- Monitor overall project performance and proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks.
- Lead, motivate, develop, and mentor the entire project team to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
- Ensure all required processes, standards, and governance procedures are followed for delivery excellence.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication among all stakeholders, including project teams, business users, and leadership.
- Provide regular project status updates, reporting, and documentation to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Support change management initiatives to drive adoption and minimize impact during transitions.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in SAP Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Activate, Digital Transformation, and Change Management processes.
- Proven success managing complex SAP projects within defined scope, time, and budget.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
