Job: Sage ERP Manufacturing Analyst
Location: St. Charles, IL
Onsite- Work from Office
SUMMARY
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join our growing company as a Sage ERP Analyst. In this role you will work closely with manufacturing, inventory and accounting leaders to implement enhancements that drive productivity, simplification, and automation. You'll be responsible for responding to user system issues and delivering continuous improvements in our platform. You'll gain hands on experience working with Sage and be an important member of our ERP executive steering committee. This is ideal for someone eager to learn and actively contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with business leaders to evaluate opportunities, assess technical solutions, and prioritize initiatives.
- Leads projects, working with leadership to define timelines, gather requirements, implement and test solutions.
- Critical thinker able to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Working knowledge of MRP, Standard Costing, Product Structures/BOM, Bin Management.
- Adept at learning new Sage features and advise business on value and implementation effort.
- Proficient in working with 3rd party vendors to assist with implementations as needed.
- Supports quality initiatives to improve data accuracy, productivity, and decision making.
- Train end users on new systems and protocols.
- Remains current on new Sage features and related industry trends.
- Performs all other related duties as needed.
- Role requires working on-site 5 days a week in St. Charles, IL
- Occasional travel to Dominican Republic facility will be required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree IT, Manufacturing Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with Sage manufacturing, inventory and financial modules.
- Foundational knowledge of database structures, SQL, and report development.
- Proven project management capabilities, with experience leading small to mid-sized initiatives.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and resolve complex issues.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.
