Your role in our mission

  • Responsible for translating business needs into reporting requirements and collaborating with staff and clientsto ensure that operational and client reporting is delivered successfully.
  • The business domain includes Healthcare business processes, specifically focused on Medicaid and Medicare and CMS
  • Verify data meets the defined requirements through extensive verification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills interfacing at all client management levels
  • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for technology and operational teams.
  • Participate in regular status meetings to provide updates, discuss issues, and report on progress to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, prepare executive summaries, and support decision-making through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate closely with Implementation Project Managers and cross-functional project teams to ensure timely and successful client implementations.
  • Attend daily stand-ups to share accomplishments, highlight blockers, and outline upcoming tasks.
  • Create business process models, data flow diagrams, and use case documentation to support system design and improvement
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or optimization
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and milestones in coordination with project managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, and expectations at all levels of the organization.


What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position with 3+ years Healthcare (Medicaid/Medicare preferred) systems experience
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and other software for conducting quantitative analysis.
  • Strong experience with data analysis, SQL queries, reporting data and gap analysis
  • Must possess ability to learn and comprehend data and processing concepts quickly.


Experience doing this type of work:
  • Participate in regular status meetings to provide updates, discuss issues, and report on progress to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, prepare executive summaries, and support decision-making through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate closely with Implementation Project Managers and cross-functional project teams to ensure timely and successful client implementations.

  • Lead and participate in initiatives to enhance internal processes by identifying automation opportunities, streamlining manual tasks, and supporting the development of efficiency tools.

The pay range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
