We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Data Science & Process Optimization Project Manager for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:
About the Role:
We re looking for a data-driven problem solver who can turn insights into action. In this hybrid role, you will analyze complex datasets, optimize business processes, and lead end-to-end projects that improve performance and drive measurable results.
What You ll Do
- Analyze large datasets and build predictive models to guide decision-making
- Create clear data visualizations and dashboards for stakeholders
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements and automation
- Lead cross-functional projects from scope through delivery, managing timelines, risks, and outcomes
- Translate analytics into business recommendations that boost efficiency and KPIs
- Master s degree, and 5+ years of experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization
- Strong skills in machine learning, statistics, and data insights
- Experience with Tableau/Power BI and proficiency with Confluence or Jira
- Proven project management abilities (Agile or Lean Six Sigma a plus)
- Excellent communicator who can influence decisions and manage stakeholders
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
