About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead high-velocity Power BI reporting initiatives for a prominent construction management firm. This role demands strong Agile project management expertise, exceptional stakeholder communication, and the ability to drive delivery under tight deadlines.

You will be responsible for orchestrating cross-functional teams, managing multiple reporting workstreams, and ensuring that business-critical dashboards are delivered on time and with precision.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Agile Program Leadership: Lead Power BI reporting projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban), ensuring iterative delivery and continuous stakeholder feedback.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the central point of contact for internal teams, executives, and external partners. Facilitate sprint reviews, stand-ups, and planning sessions.
  • Project Execution: Define scope, create sprint plans, manage backlogs, and oversee delivery timelines. Proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Quality & Usability: Ensure reports meet business needs, are user-friendly, and provide actionable insights for construction operations and executive decision-making.
  • Change Management: Adapt to evolving requirements and priorities while maintaining delivery velocity and team alignment.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain clear documentation, dashboards, and progress reports for leadership visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in program/project management with a focus on Agile delivery of BI or analytics solutions.
  • Agile Expertise: Proven experience managing Agile teams and ceremonies. Scrum Master or PMI-ACP certification is a strong plus.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Power BI, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors is highly desirable.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; adept at managing diverse stakeholder groups.
