About the Role:

We re looking for a skilled Power BI Report Writer to help convert legacy SSRS reports into modern Power BI Paginated Reports. This role is perfect for professionals with strong SQL, DAX, and data modeling skills who want to contribute to a high-impact project.

Key Responsibilities:

Convert SSRS reports into Power BI Paginated Reports
Write efficient DAX calculations and queries
Perform basic data modeling to support report development
Collaborate with business and technical teams for requirements
Validate and ensure accuracy of report outputs
Communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team

Required Qualifications:

Strong SQL experience
Proficient in DAX
Hands-on with Power BI Paginated Reports
Strong grasp of the Power BI platform
Experience with basic data modeling
Excellent communication & team collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience converting SSRS to Power BI
Local to Columbus, OH preferred
Quick learner and adaptable to team environments
