Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead generation, pipeline development and closing new business (client staffing contracts), both as a doer and a leader
  • Use our ready-made prospecting lists to connect with potential clients
  • Send emails, make calls, and visit local businesses to offer our lead generation services
  • Build relationships and close deals with business owners
  • Work independently while having full support from our team

Experience

  1. Ability to bring direct client IT needs within 30-40 days of joining. 
  2. A proven track record of closing IT staffing business
  3. Proven track record of pipeline development and prospecting
  4. Experience with contract negotiations to include financial negotiation
  5. Comfortable with lead generation through a variety of outbound channels
  6. An ability to think through and plan your work- every DAY
  7. The energy and ability to work through the inevitable issues and challenges that come up with IT Staffing business
  8. Account management experience and skills - especially selling to mid-sized firms
  9. Excellent interpersonal skills and written/verbal skills
  10. Ability to help understand and communicate market trends and identify new business opportunities
  11. Customer first orientation
  12. Ability to think and act like an Entrepreneur
