Job Description:

MCP and Agentic AI experience

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Analyze large, diverse datasets to extract meaningful patterns and insights that inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams including engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model validation, and performance tuning.
  • Implement scalable data pipelines and integrate AI/ML models into production environments.
  • Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML research, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance methodologies and innovation.
  • Communicate findings and technical concepts effectively to both technical and non technical audiences.
  • Support the development of AI governance, ethical frameworks, and compliance standards within the organization.
  • Work closely on Address Management Data
  • Help develop multi pass logic, analyze the address data, looking for machine learning opportunities to refine and gain confidence on address matching

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in AI, machine learning, and data science roles.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit learn.
  • Strong expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, natural language processing (NLP).
  • Experience deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
  • Knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, and bias mitigation techniques.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, MLOps practices and MLOps tools.
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Pyspark) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Ability to work with structured and unstructured data, and knowledge of data engineering concepts.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, creativity, and a data driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Knowledge of Address Management Domain or GIS Domain
