Android Engineer - New York, Hybrid
The Skills You Need:
  • Proven experience in building Android applications
  • Proficiency in writing and maintaining clean, efficient code
  • Familiarity with build tools: Gradle, GitHub Actions, Circle CI
  • Understanding of continuous integration patterns
  • Strong skills in debugging and bug fixing
  • Knowledge of asynchronous coding patterns
  • Experience in performance analysis and optimization
  • Comfort working with legacy codebases
  • Ability to write unit and integration tests
  • Open-source contributions are a plus
  • Experience working in a globally distributed team
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to integrate with custom backend services
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design for open-ended challenges
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
