What will you do?

Provide break/fix hardware/software support services to onsite and remote client a large corporate environment

Diagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutions

Diagnose printer and other peripheral devise failures and implement repair solutions

Troubleshoot network devices in order to ensure connectivity from the PC to the Network

Support Windows operating systems

IT equipment Install/Move/Add/Change

Implement virus detection and eradication procedures

Track and resolve customer incidents and requests through the client's ticketing tool

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for Windows devices

Inventory management of IT assets including asset auditing

Ability to research and follow appropriate KB articles

Various other tasks associated with deskside services

Travel between client sites in downtown Pittsburgh and New Kensington as needed to provide support

Other duties as assigned



What do you need to succeed?

A minimum of 8 years experience supporting Windows OS, Office 365, PC hardware and smart phones

Excellent customer service skills

A high level of professionalism and positive personal interaction skills

Desktop support experience ideally in a corporate environment

Proven ability to handle challenging, rapid-response user support even under stressful conditions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues

Ability to prioritize and complete all work tasks with minimal supervision

Willingness to learn new technologies

High School Diploma (required)

Proven ability to balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks

Ability to walk, bend, stand and lift equipment up to 50 pounds

Experience with ServiceNow ITSM tool is a plus
