Job Details

A local start-up in the Redmond area is hiring Technical Support Specialists to build their new team. This start-up is using AI in the inventory management space for their clients across the country. Technical Support Specialists will be responsible for providing support to clients experiencing technical difficulties who submit requests via chat, email and phone call, providing solutions and maintaining documentation. They are open to candidates with experience using any ticketing system (Jira, Zendesk, etc.) This is a full-time role with a competitive benefit package

Technical Support Specialists will have the opportunity to support cutting edge technology in the AR/VR space while growing alongside a rapidly scaling start up. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team being built from the ground up. With passionate leaders and exciting products, this role is full of opportunities for growth and learning. The support team will support the product, hardware and integration to provide all round support to clients across the US. This team operates on-site in the Redmond, WA office.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ year of technical support experience
  • Experience using ticketing systems such as Jira or Zendesk
  • Prior experience working with CRM tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Familiarity with SaaS and start-up culture
  • Experience handling multiple tickets simultaneously
  • Willingness to work varied shifts
