Primary Location: Plano, TX



V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for an Lead Software Engineer Enterprise Platforms Hybrid
for our premier client in Plano, TX.



We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to design, build, and implement scalable solutions for Enterprise Platforms. You will lead technology projects, mentor engineers, and develop frameworks that accelerate platform adoption and innovation.



Knowledge and Skills:

  • Expertise in cloud-native architecture and AWS services.
  • Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, and microservices.
  • Deep knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, API security, and identity solutions.
  • Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver scalable solutions.


Preferred

  • Experience with Kafka, AWS Kinesis, API platforms (Mulesoft, Apigee).
  • Building self-service tools and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of MLOps and machine learning pipelines.



WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead development of cloud-native, 12-factor applications and reusable frameworks.
  • Collaborate with product owners and architects to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Develop APIs, microservices, and real-time streaming solutions using Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, and AWS services.
  • Implement OAuth 2.0, OIDC, RBAC/ABAC models, and API security patterns.
  • Deliver SDKs, documentation, and training for engineering teams.
  • Mentor developers and promote best practices in CI/CD, containerization, and observability
  • Drive architecture decisions using ADR processes.
