Job Overview:
Client's Robotics is seeking a robotic assembly technician with experience building complex electro-mechanical equipment.

Principle Job Requirements:

• Electromechanical Assembly - Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
• Other jobs related to assembly, repair, and rework as required
• Must be able to follow written work instructions and perform data entry into various production systems.
• Will perform quality inspections and work with an understanding of what is critical to quality. Documents actions by completing production and quality forms/entries.
• Must work with Safety as a priority by following procedure and applying general safe practices in manufacturing.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
• Proficient oral and written communications skills. Collaborates well in a team environment.
• The successful candidate for this position will be self-managed and possess the desire, drive and energy that is needed to deliver and be part of daily execution. Basic Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work all days for shift, including some overtime
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work with computers, manufacturing software and data entry
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Willing to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in a team/group setting
• Ability to work in mechanical setting with proficiency in use of tools and light equipment.

Training/ Ramp- up:

• Onboarding and exposure to the 3 basic areas and then they will be placed into production or material handling type roles based on what they connect with during their onboarding.
• Basics first week or so
• Candidates should be at expert level within a couple months

Candidate Requirements

• Material Handler: Has power tools, power jacks, if they have done HIT Training Mechanical skills (not to change a transmission but someone who has used small tools in production/ building/ creating something)
• Candidates should be comfortable with somewhat of repetitive steps.
• Yrs Exp: 1+

Required Skills:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Read and follow English language instructions
• Able to work safely in structured manufacturing environments
• Has good attitude and aptitudes to learn new things.

Top 3 must-have hard skills
1 Small tools (knowledge of power tools)
2 Be able to read instructions and go to the next step
3 Basic computer skills
