Title: Salesforce CPQ Developer
Location: Santa Clara, CA (hybrid)
Contract: W2 only

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer to design, implement, and enhance our CPQ solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce development skills, hands-on CPQ experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline pricing, quoting, and sales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions to support business needs.
- Implement and customize product configurations, pricing rules, discount structures, and approval workflows in CPQ.
- Develop and optimize Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and REST/SOAP APIs for custom functionality.
- Integrate Salesforce CPQ with ERP, billing, and finance systems to ensure seamless Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Troubleshoot CPQ-related issues and provide solutions to improve system efficiency.
- Conduct unit testing, performance testing, and deployment activities using CI/CD pipelines.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable CPQ solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, data security, and governance policies.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 5+ year working with Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Experience with Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes, and Workflow Rules for automation.
- Proficiency in CPQ pricing models, discounting strategies, contract renewals, and Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and deployment automation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification or other relevant Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with Logik.io or other advanced configuration engines.
- Knowledge of enterprise SaaS business models and billing systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and DevOps practices.
