We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer contractor to rapidly develop and deploy both frontend and backend components of innovative prototype applications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is highly proficient in modern AWS services and React.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, , and other AWS serverless solutions.
- Create interactive, responsive frontend interfaces using React and integrate them with backend services.
- Manage secure authentication and authorization flows.
- Handle sensitive data securely with AWS Secrets Manager and Parameter Store.
- Build robust CI/CD pipelines using AWS CDK or similar IaC tools.
- Work cross-functionally with product, design, and prototype teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, ECS, S3)
- Frontend development experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong backend programming in Node.js and/or Python
- Experience building RESTful APIs and managing asynchronous workflows
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like AWS CDK
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced prototyping environment
- Experience with Framer or similar rapid prototyping tools
- Experience integrating third-party APIs or real-time data pipelines
