Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Scrum Master / Program Manager to support enterprise-level Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation, strong leadership capabilities, and a track record of success in large-scale digital transformation initiatives, particularly platform modernization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, leading all Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile best practices.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams to align on delivery goals.

Proactively identify impediments and drive resolutions; escalate as needed.

Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile frameworks and principles.

Track and report team metrics, project status, and risks using tools like Jira and Confluence.

Support organizational Agile transformation and help scale Agile practices across teams.

Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and Agile maturity.

Required Qualifications:

Strong technical knowledge with the ability to engage in conversations about architecture, APIs, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.

Proven experience leading Agile teams in enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

Expertise in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable working across multiple teams and domains.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the financial services or BFSI sector.

Prior experience with organizations like Charles Schwab, Vanguard, Capital One, or Morgan Stanley.

Familiarity with major platform modernization or cloud migration projects.

Previous work experience at Fidelity Investments with strong references.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
