Volt is immediately hiring for an Integration & Test Engineer - Richardson, TX Onsite

We are currently seeking a Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer to join our SI&T team in Richardson, TX. In Systems Integration and Test (SI&T), we integrate, verify, and validate our products to ensure they work the first time and every time.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will work with a cross-disciplinary team of engineers who are leading the industry in ground systems solutions.

Conduct integration and test activities as a member of an ccc (ART) team.

Identify technical issues during software and hardware integration and collaborate with fellow engineers to drive solutions to closure.

Develop and execute automated test scripts.

Troubleshoot and debug system issues.

Operate effectively within an Agile program environment.

This is a 12 Month Contract or Contract to hire

Clearance : Active TS/SCI

Qualifications You Must Have

Requires a bachelor s in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.

Experience with systems integration and testing of software products in Agile, CI/CD environments

Experience with regression testing, test scripting, and/or test automation tools

Experience with troubleshooting and debugging software-based systems and products

Experience with Linux (Red Hat), Python, and/or Perl scripting

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience working in a Satellite Ground System development or operations environment

Experience with ground station and satellite domains (such as terrestrial data networking, command and telemetry, launch operations, flight dynamics, mission planning, on-orbit operations), CompTIA Security + or equivalent certification

Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)

Experience in Test Automation experience (Cucumber, Gherkin, Zypher, SoapUI)

Experience with Java, C++, or Python

Experience with Linux operating system, Experience in a Cloud environment; AWS certification is helpful

Pay Rate:- $70 to $80/hr.
