Job Summary:
We're hiring a Generative AI Engineer who will help architect and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions across language, image, and autonomous agent capabilities. This role requires hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG workflows, agentic frameworks, and OCR-based pipelines for document intelligence.
You should be skilled in Python, comfortable with vector-based retrieval systems, and proficient with Azure AI stack. Familiarity with GenAI tools like Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, and LangChain is key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop agentic systems using frameworks such as MCP, CrewAI, or A2A, with support for function calling and tool integration.
  • Design and implement prompt-tuned workflows to optimize LLM performance and reduce hallucinations.
  • Create and manage semantic search architectures, including embedding pipelines, vector stores (FAISS, Azure AI Search), and related retrieval components.
  • Build and refine end-to-end RAG pipelines using LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex.
  • Apply OCR technologies like Azure Document Intelligence, Tesseract, or John Snow Labs within document processing use cases.
  • Deploy scalable GenAI applications on platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Azure ML Studio, Copilot Studio, and AI Hub.
  • Collaborate with product, MLOps, data science, and cloud engineering teams to build and deliver AI-driven enterprise solutions.
  • Perform robust evaluation of GenAI systems using structured benchmarks, A/B tests, and defined KPIs to drive improvements.
  • Implement image preprocessing steps such as contrast tuning, denoising, and binarization to enhance OCR accuracy and consistency.
