Tasks to be Performed- SAM (ITAM) Workshops, Tech Solutioning, Development, unit testing.
1 - Migrate current software entitlement data from the current SAM tool to ServiceNow,
2 - Use data from the current desktop agent by creating a connection with a minimum daily update demonstrating efficiencies that currently consume several hours every month.
3. Create and utilize reports and dashboards to demonstrate current and historical usage. 3) Demonstrate efficiency gains by creating and sharing standing reports.
