Job Details

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant specializing in Payroll to join our team in Dearborn, MI. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll, Payroll Management, and Fast Formulas, along with an active Oracle Cloud Payroll Certification. This role involves overseeing payroll operations, implementing and maintaining Oracle Cloud Payroll, ensuring compliance with US payroll regulations, and collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT teams to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll operations to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for US employees.

  • Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle Cloud Payroll systems with seamless HR and Finance integration.

  • Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to automate payroll calculations and processes.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws, regulations, and reporting standards.

  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.

  • Create and analyze payroll reports to support business decisions and provide actionable insights.

  • Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to resolve payroll issues and optimize system performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud Payroll Certification (mandatory).

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll, Payroll Management, and Fast Formula.

  • In-depth knowledge of US payroll processes, compliance, and reporting.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
