Job Details
Job Title: SAP Project Manager (SuccessFactors & workforce software)
Location: Seattle or West Coast (Remote/On-site)
Job Type: Contract

Job Description: Experience: 10+ years in Workforce Software & SuccessFactors
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for SuccessFactors implementations, with a focus on Employee Central and Workforce modules.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment, integration, and upgrades of SuccessFactors solutions.
- Oversee system configurations, data migrations, testing, and user training.
- Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide expertise in Workforce Software (time tracking, scheduling, labor management) alongside SuccessFactors integration.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Workforce modules).
- Strong background in HRIS/Workforce Software implementations.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors best practices and integrations.
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with West Coast or Seattle-based teams.
- Knowledge of additional SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Recruiting, Performance & Goals).
