THE WORK:
    • You'll manage and maintain the SharePoint Online environment, including site provisioning, permissions management, content organization, and troubleshooting user issues.
    • You'll perform routine administrative tasks such as app deployments (including Power Apps integrations), permissions updates, and resource monitoring.
    • You'll configure and maintain search, backup, and retention policies to ensure data integrity and compliance.
    • You'll coordinate migration activities from Azure to AWS, including data export from SharePoint and integration with other enterprise platforms.
    • You'll manage data transfers to AWS S3 buckets with versioning and lifecycle policies, leveraging AWS services such as EC2 during transition phases.
    • You'll develop and implement automation for site creation and provisioning, using AWS services like Lambda, Step Functions, and CloudFormation.
    • You'll integrate automation scripts with GitHub repositories for version control and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
    • You'll conduct initial audits of the SharePoint environment upon onboarding, resolve backlogs, and implement monitoring solutions using Azure Monitor and AWS CloudWatch.
    • You'll proactively identify and mitigate operational risks through continuous system monitoring and performance tracking.
    • You'll provide end-user support, training, and documentation to promote adoption and minimize disruptions during migrations.
    • You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analytics and IT infrastructure, to align SharePoint operations with organizational goals and best practices.
    • You'll execute ETL processes to assess client datasets and visualize data in a clear, actionable way for business stakeholders.
    • You'll perform data analysis, compile technical reports, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
    • You'll lead departmental data process initiatives and interdepartmental analytics projects to enhance automation and reporting efficiency.
    • You'll document processes, performance metrics, and system configurations to support long-term operational sustainability.
    • Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
    • 5+ years of relevant experience
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, information systems, communications, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
    • Professional experience with data management and visualization
    • Professional experience managing projects

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

$105,000 - $132,000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
