Work Schedule: Can work Remotely or if they live near NYC, Austin or Cupertino they can work hybrid schedule

Job Description:
The Creative Production team oversees all of the Apple Ads customer facing communications to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class work in English and 8 additional languages. The Associate Producer role coordinates creative marketing projects for web, email and global sales resources.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for creative deliverables, from creating timelines and tracking deliverables to proactively monitoring project health, mitigating risks, and providing regular stakeholder updates.
- Drive team focus and efficiency by defining clear daily and weekly priorities and ensuring accountability by tracking action items from all meetings and reviews.
- Supports senior producers by owning deliverables within a larger launch program
- Sets up project file organization, including briefs, schedules, reference material, specifications and legal requirements.
- Works under tight deadlines to organize and distribute information quickly and clearly.
- Maintains project deliverables lists, and updates teams with review feedback, next steps and proactive follow-ups.
- Routes layouts, copy, renderings, and production files for internal review and approval
- Manages hand-offs, and assures delivery of appropriate assets to internal teams including platform back end, front end, creatives, localization and delivery teams (web and email platforms).
- Ensure post-launch quality by coordinating design support to address bugs and optimize the user experience based on QA and build feedback.
- Oversees project wrap-up steps, including the archiving of assets into organized digital asset libraries and assisting in the facilitation of team hindsights.
Minimum Qualifications:
- You have at least four years of experience in digital project management, preferably at a design firm, ad agency, or in-house marketing communications or creative services department.
- You work effectively with creative, development, and cross-functional teams.
- You build positive relationships with colleagues and business partners.
- You have an understanding of the life cycle of a web project from inception to deployment, and you are familiar with Internet technologies.
- You work well within tight deadlines and are flexible as necessary.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You thrive working in a creative and dynamic environment.
- You are highly organized and thrive aligning processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest and experience in using AI to support Marketing production processes
