Role: Lead Business Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC (100% Onsite)

Required Qualifications
- Experience:
- 12+ years of professional IT experience within the financial industry.
- 5+ years working in Risk and Compliance in the financial domain.
- 5+ years of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence experience.
- 3+ years working in a managed services model (through work, military, or education).
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on development background, including Python programming and technology risk remediation.
- Strong expertise in JIRA and Kanban, with the ability to fully leverage JIRA's features to manage a large volume of stories efficiently.
- Proficiency with Cloud platforms such as TAS, OCP, Google Cloud, and Azure.
- Experience supporting or developing applications on containers, Artifactory, and GitHub.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow products, including Business Applications Management and Incident Management.
- Skilled in data analytics with a sharp eye for detail, ability to research/troubleshoot data issues, and deliver accurate results.
- Experience using collaboration and document management tools like SharePoint.
- Leadership & Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams across geographies in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter who works independently with minimal guidance.
Desired Qualifications
- Scripting and Automation experience, including JIRA Automation.
- Knowledge of data reporting and dashboarding tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level environments.
- Ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels, including management.
- Strong team or technical leadership background.
